We booked this caravan after a 4 night break at Butlins. Richard was fab. Our check in time was changed no problem. Met us as we entered the caravan park and took us round to the caravan. The caravan was clean and tidy with the beds made up. Our son enjoyed having a toilet too himself as there were two. In the caravan there were little games, dvds, books and plenty of other things for children provided, it felt very family focussed. My husband also enjoyed a wonder round the park at night. Would definately stay again if we are in the area.

It has large rooms and GREAT location close to Fantasy island as well as entertainment and bars ect. I loved the place.

The accommodation had a bath, shower, and toiletries provided, and it's conveniently located near Fantasy Island, entertainment.

The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and Fantasy Island just a short distance away. a family-friendly atmosphere and a comfortable stay.

The park itself was a bit run down and lacked amenities. The staff could have been friendlier and more helpful.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to nearby attractions such as Fantasy Island. the rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and even little games and DVDs for children. the host is friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. the park offers various facilities, including a bar, and the convenience of having a toilet in the caravan is a bonus.

Some staff members can come across as rude, and the bar stops serving coffee after 6pm.

This place provided a unique base for sightseeing and we really enjoyed it, plus the private bathroom was a nice touch!
